Love of teaching and language started at an early age for me. I became a student tutor in high school and member of FTA (Future Teachers' Association) and French Club. In college, I was a paid tutor in English while I pursued my own studies in literature, writing about literature, and creative writing. I placed into French III upon entering college and was inducted into the academic French fraternity, Pi Delta Phi.
