I graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in chemistry from Oberlin College. I have attended small schools my entire life and believe in the power of one-on-one instruction. I know that it is essential to memorize some things, but I also believe in teaching the how and why of the concepts as well. I like to help my students through their problems and learn skills that they can use now and in the future. When necessary, I will also explain concepts outright. I would love to help students learn a variety of subjects, but I specialize in ACT science, chemistry, and Algebra 2.
