simple A. He gives out so much extra credit that there's no room to fail. He's really dull and off-topic. The exams are tough, but you literally have enough extra credit opportunities to fail every exam and still get an A. Blow off.
TO note: this Prof holds 6 advanced degrees: a graduate of Princeton. He's very old, and fantastically learned, but ADD riddled and courses are frustrating. I'm a science major and was at first frustrated at his lack of clearly difined objectives/outcomes. He DOES have something to teach you; but you have to pretty much teach yourself, first.
This prof. doesn't know what he is doing and plays favorites big time. He gets mad if you challange a grade but laughs it off if you are rude in class! Do not take him if you want to learn anything!
He is a very intelligent person he just isnt that great at conveying the material we need to know, he has very long courses and gets of topic a lot. You could not turn a single thing in do the extra credit project and finish the class with an A not a serious class at all
terrible, he does not clearly explain any of the material and i practically lived on extra credit. I can honestly say you could fail every text and still pass the class with a B. I am living proof!
Very intelligent man. However, this is not an intro class (in my opinion). He assumes you "know" chemistry, biology, etc. Wanders, doesn't give enough time for labs, unclear about a lot. However he offers a TON of extra credit which is my saving grace. exams are multiple choice, but over a lot of material. I wouldn't recommend him for an intro clas |
