A very accommodating prof., one of the great I ever had. Bob took more time to help me personally than any other teacher in this college. My grade was a B- but overall his was an A. The fact of how he teaches is ilrlvent, he does move arnd but he knows his things, from experence. I'd rather lrn it from someone who's done it rather than one whos not!
I am not an accountant so I should not have to memorize all the stupid formulas. If you use a text book for the class do not s jump around the book!
Jumps around in the book, tells us what will be on exam but it is totally different. I am not going into accounting so I should not have to memorize all the formulas.
He is very friendly but it is very difficult. He says all the homework on wiley is pretty much just like the exam, but its not. He expects you to know all the formulas. However he has let us make up some points on exams by redoing some and gave us some multiple choice answers.
friendly man, will help if you ask. Willing to meet with students prior to class. Confusing in explanations. Talks like we are accountants instead of just learning. Expect to memorize all the formulas. Watch for homework on Wiley..especially during finals week.
I felt lost the entire semester. Gives no time to work on problems before discussing and writing on the board. Very distracting and confusing! He's very friendly & did offer to answer questions but I didn't know what to ask! He BRIEFLY covers topics and then goes to chapter questions. Wiley has real issues-does not always use same terms as book.
