I thought prof. Nitz was a great teacher. He was very accommodating with topics we were unceratin of. If you apply yourself, show up to class, and study on your own time, you shouldnt have a problem passing his class. |

STAY AWAY.... if you like to keep your GPA up, too late to drop the class, I cant believe one terrible instructor can ruin your life so bad I wish i would have looked him up. now Im paying for it.... his class average via exam is a d+ to c- hmmm dont you think that would tell him something. |

He is an outstanding prof. if you just ask him to clarify anything you don't know; he will point you in the right direction you need to figure the answer, and figuring put the answer wi;; help u remember and learn what u need |

he is very much about himself doesn't seem to care about his students or helping them pass the class. Read straight from the book but does not relate it to anything to help you remember. I wonder if he knows nothing of bio because he depends on the text book for his entire lecture. he needs a different career this isn't working out for him |

PLEASE DONT TAKE THIS INSTRUCTOR It seems simple because all you have to do is show up and listen to him speak for the first 3wks theres no homework or nothing but when you take your first exam you will see that you didnt learn anything IT WILL BE TOO LATE TO DROP I read these comment and thought I was intelligent enough barely passed with C need B if NUR |

I think he is a very great prof., if you are a Bio major and you are really looking for a teacher to break it down the great way they can I will choose him. His teaching stlye is strictly power point straight from the book but he does explain it the great way he can. The grade you recieve is basically up to you, if you put time into it you should |

Don't waste your money on this prof.. My experience in BIO 101 was terrible. Nitz exhibited very little knowledge of the material he was teaching and usually just read the information straight from the PowerPoints. He needs to take an English class to learn how to pronounce words correctly, too. Again, DO NOT take this teacher. |
