Prof. Kenyon's class was not difficult at all. The novels were fascinating and the discussions were simple. The only issue I have with him is the lack of feedback. He offered no instructions on how he wanted the papers written, and then marked people down for not being unique enough, etc. I took this as an online class, so that could be why.
Took as on online course...did all rwading and homework and it wasn;t that bad. I was unimpressed in grades for papers. He offered no feedback except for emailed thesis statements. I wish he would have offered feedback from the first paper so I knew what he was expecting. I honestly thought my second/final paper would have been a better grade.
Took Literary Analysis online. Can almost guarantee the prof. didn't even read my work. He would get weeks behind on grading then after I emailed him about it, he would post the same exact grade for each of my projects an hour later even though some of the work was clearly better than other work. Quite frustrating
After 16 weeks in ENG 111 I thought I was prepared for ENG 112, but I guess not. I ended up with a B-. Mr. Kenyon gave no feed back to any of our work, unless we requested it and by requested I me badgered. I dont think he cared about the 7 week summer class as much as I did. IM BUMBED :(
Took the online class...not too clear in what he wants and then, in my opinion, is a tough grader on papers. Barely got by with an A and that was with extra credit. |
