The Customer Care and Sales Associate (CCSA) greets, assists, and provides direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. The CCSA assists in running all "front of house" fitness studio operations. This position supports and works with the company's instructors to ensure that the classes are running on time. The CCSA is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including package offerings, memberships, membership renewals, retail, concession sales, and maximizing workout traffic.Duties/Responsibilities:- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the studio. Directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.- Maintains accurate knowledge of all products and services including description details and pricing.- Maintains knowledge of, effectively communicates and pleasantly enforces membership plan rules.- Presenting our fitness concept to any interested consumers, also known as "introductory classes".- Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.- Accurately tracking and recording data as requested.- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.- Ensures that proper charges are assessed.- Works with Mind Body to manage client profiles, take pictures of clients, manage on boarding, off boarding, and account freezes.- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.- Works with studio's team to achieve group sales goals.- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area.- Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions.- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
