Team One Credit Union is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of I.T. Specialist, with a focus on Network Administration. The primary responsibilities of the position are to implement, organize, and troubleshoot the network, hardware, and underlying communication protocols. This hourly full-time position will be performed primarily on-site, from the downtown Saginaw office, located at 520 Hayden St.Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Monitoring assigned network for optimal function & minimal downtimeAnalyzing network traffic & utilization trendsInsulate networks from harm caused by physical damage, viruses, unauthorized users, data damage, etc. via development of new security procedures or ongoing improvement to existing proceduresConstruct checklists, processes, and support trees, and knowledge bases for other department staffOther duties as assignedRequired qualifications include:Two or more years of similar /related experience with focus on network security managementA two-year (minimum) college degree or specialized I.T. certification(s) such as CompTIA: A+, Network +, Security+, Server+Ability to work independently and travel to Team One branches as necessaryWillingness to perform duties onsite (as opposed to a fully-remote environment)I.T. experience within a financial institution and VMware environments are a plusAbility to fulfill the expectation of excellent service to internal and external partners at all timesTeam One Credit Union employees enjoy competitive wages, full health benefits, company-paid short/long-term disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401k with company match.
