Hi,

I?m a first year law student currently taking criminal law. Last semester I believe I did well because I scheduled tutoring sessions every once in a while to review difficult concepts and ask questions. I?m ready to begin that with crim law. So far we?ve discussed actus reus, mens rea, attempt, and mistake of law/fact. I don?t feel too confident about any of it. Thanks so much.
