One of the largest and fastest growing manufactured home communities is looking for a Part-time Sales and Administrative Assistant . The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, friendly, professional, with excellent customer service skills. This is a non-exempt position reporting directly to the Community Manager.JOB DUTIESActs as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, residents and employees; determines needs and provides the appropriate information or service.Answer and make external and internal phone calls to residents and vendors.Taking, creating, scheduling and coordinating leasing and sales activities.Assist in payment collection.Create and maintain a positive community environment.Communicate policies and procedures.Show prospective buyers and renters new and pre-owned homes available for sale within the community.Additional duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision.Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturday's and evenings if needed.Proficient with office equipment office equipment: Fax, scanner, Copier.Strong organizational and time management skills.Equal Opportunity Employer
