The first floor is well appointed with leather furniture and rich wood paneling, all in a Craftsman style. Residents share a living room, library, lounge with big screen TV, kitchen, large dining room, study rooms, and free laundry. A new wireless system provides high speed internet throughout the building. The common areas are professionally cleaned each week. The room is furnished, with a refrigerator installed in the room. Shared men's and women's bathrooms are available. Limited parking is available for an additional charge.
